BLACKWOOD, N.J. – Lakewood, N.J.-based Ocean Healthcare, which operates more than 20 facilities in New Jersey, recently acquired a 300-bed skilled nursing facility and 150-bed acute care psychiatric unit in Blackwood, about 15 miles outside of Philadelphia.
Camden County Health Services Center sold the property for more than $37 million, according to the Chicago and New Jersey offices of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, which arranged the sale.
