Industry experts discuss the ‘new’ state of the healthcare real estate market

If chaos is an appropriate way to describe the state of today’s healthcare sector, then uncertainty, with plenty of chances for good opportunities, might best convey what’s facing those involved in healthcare real estate (HRE).

Even an improving economy cannot dampen some of the concern over what’s in store for those who build and perhaps own and lease facilities used by the country’s healthcare providers, whose worlds are being turned upside down by the ongoing implementation of healthcare reform.
