Non-traded REIT acquires Knoxville portfolio for $57.3M; enters two other markets

For much of the early 2000s, CNL Retirement Properties Inc. was one of the kings of the medical office building (MOB) sector, amassing a portfolio of more than 70 facilities nationwide.
