The notion that investors are ready and willing to pay good money for high-quality, well-located medical office buildings (MOBs) held true in Denver in recent weeks.

Three MOBs offered by the company that developed them, Development Solutions Group LLC, which has offices in Denver and Madison, Wis., recently sold for a total of $53.25 million. The portfolio has a total of 167,255 square feet of space, making the price per square foot (PSF) $318.37

The brokerage firm marketing the three buildings, the Healthcare Capital Markets Group of CB Richard Ellis Co. (NYSE: CRE), split the buildings into two separate portfolios after receiving strong interest to do so.
