MEDICAL REAL ESTATE SECTOR MUST ADAPT TO NEW REALITIES, PANELISTS SAY

Regardless of the outcome of potential reform legislation, the healthcare industry is changing fast – and medical real estate professionals must also adapt to succeed in the coming years.
Variations on that theme were espoused by many of the presenters during the recent InterFace Medical Office conference in Atlanta. The Oct. 20-21 event attracted about 170 healthcare real estate professionals and hospital, health system and physician practice executives to the Inter-Continental Buckhead hotel.
