DALLAS – Tenet Healthcare Corp. (NYSE: THC) announced several personnel moves in October and November.
CFO Robert S. Shapard decided to rejoin Dallas-based TXU Corp. (NYSE: TXU), where had worked for 20 years before joining Tenet in March.
Mr. Shapard, who planned to leave Tenet in early November, plans to serve as a strategic advisor to TXU. Timothy L. Pullen, Tenet’s EVP and chief accounting officer will serve as interim CFO while the firm conducts a nationwide search.
Bernadette M. Mangan was named CEO of Tenet’s St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children in Philadelphia. Most recently, she was CEO and SVP of Mercy Hospital of Philadelphia.
